I watched Rib Paradise on the Travel Channel today (recorded from a couple days ago). The Reno Rib Cookoff in Reno, NV was featured as well as several restaruants known for their tasty ribs.
Interestingly, Famous Dave's restaurant in Minnesota was featured. Some of you may remember Dave as Mainly Dave, the fellow with the link chronicling smoking on his Cookshack Smokette...listed just below Smokin's 101 links. Unfortunately, the link is currently broken. I could be wrong but the Dave on TV certainly looked like the Dave in the Mainly Dave link. Couldn't verify it cause of the broken link. Anyone know for sure?
