hi all,
quick question for all those who own the fec100. the spec states that the depth is about 2 feet. so can a trimmed full rib slab fit comfortably in a rib grate? or will the ribs need to be halved?

basically id like to know how much ribs and chicken quaters i can fit comfortably in the fec100.

if i use the left side for ribs, it seems i can fit about 16 full slabs? thats if the slabs can fit all the way back, or will they need to be cut in half? the other half, maybe 36 chicken leg quaters?
