Dallas from Hudson, OH (Cleveland area) will be there. Looking forward to cooking on and possibly purchasing an FEC-100 but only if I am taught the secret of the Miracle Whip.

I am not yet into the class but I am on the "stand-by" list. I am coming from about 35 miles away so hopefully that will be in my favor at the last minute when one of you has to cancel out. 
For anyone flying in, make sure your drivers license isn't expired Makes it hard to get a rental car and the eagle eyed security @ the airport will give you an orange card which is just short of a strip search. Also, they are looking for more than 3 oz. of liquid (un-opened, 8 oz., factory sealed mouthwash), instead of the knife we had missed taking out of the bag.
On the plus side, there is still food and libation 2 1/2 hours after the meet and greet is officially over....and it still tastes great!!
