smo25 temp adjust

got sm025 just before new year, love it but have had issues with temp adjust buttons, worked great for awhile but then could only adjust temp down no matter where you pushed panel,foam covers are in place on adjust buttons on panel, boys sent me a new panel and all was well again until now about 3 months later,same problem, has anyone else experienced this,will call cookshack tomorrow and sure of prompt service
