Lucky, I smoked some about a month ago in the 08. Used an all purpose pork rub mixed to a paste w/olive oil, & brushed on . put in @220* for 1 1/2 hr then on 400* grill 4 min per side to crisp.. They were excellent!!
Wings turned out great! My wife's fear of running out of food was fulfilled (although there was a rib or two left) Great BBQ with a bit of everything from ribs to wings to smoked brisket and cold smoked salmon.
