Another good run, thanks for noticing.

41 teams. Seemed a lot the teams from Hot Springs used this one on their way north to the Royal (it's a direct road) so it was a LOT of good teams.

They only call the top 5; got a 5th in Chicken and 3rd in Brisket (funny the categories we didn't do well in Hot Springs in)

To be honest, this was the best I've cooked, even Hot Springs. Everything was better than HS and we loved what we turned in. Now ribs got a 7th in ribs but a 16th in Pork was beyond me (when we look at the pork score we have 3 judges giving us 999, 999, 999; but the other three must have been eating out of someone else's box)
