I have had my smokette 25 for almost a year and have never had an issue and have loved it. Last night I was cooking a pork butt. I know from experience that at least on my unit that is a 20+ hr ordeal. I came out this morning and the temp probe registered "HI" Individual measurement were closer to 175. OK so fine I just went with the independent temps...all is fine. This evening I just put a brisket in and the probe is registering 178,,,it should be 38 ish. Any helpful hints?
