Had my ignitor go bad the other day. Called up customer service but had to leave a message. About 10 minutes later I get a call back, asked what was the problem, asked for my address and shipped out a new one that day!

thanks for the post, I enjoy reading good things that happen.
Yeah, too many bad things are always posted about stuff. Good things need to get pointed out as well and I was shocked on how quick they got back to me and didn't really even question how old my 100 was or give me a hassle of trying to make excuses of what went wrong. They just took care of the problem!
Whenever I had a problem, it was taken care of right away. Best service, bar none!!!
