I have been lurking around for a while reading learning experamenting and eating a lot of Q!I have 2 cookshacks a smokette and recently a used SM250!s we all know one smoker is never enough! I have had great sucess with ribs, chicken, and butts but the brisket has eluded me. After reading the post I just made my first mouth watering unforgetable Brisket. I am hooked on smoke and want to thank you all for you helpful post
