Got pushed pork on the menu for a back yard party on Sept. 6th. Gonna be needing the recipe on Okies finishing sauce. Guess I best plug it into the search function. Thanks.
Found a couple posts over at the Brethren that sounded interesting. Pork Burnt Ends. Some people used a whole butt and a few used country style ribs. Usual rub, cook to slicing temp, then cubed up, sauced up and back in the smoker til they hit pulling consistency.

I got some country style ribs on sale so that's what I'm using. They're cubed up and back in the smoker right now.
