Hey Guys and Gals,

It's been a while since I posted here, and wanted to keep you updated. I think the last post was about the "hail and fairwell"... Anyway, I was late(about an hour) gettting to the cookout (due to the work schedule). By the time I got there (i'd sent my smoked butt with another guy). The butt was completely gone!!! I couldn't believe it. All the folks just raved over it.

I was feeling good about it. Then one of the civilians asked me if I'd cook for his son's upcoming graduation party... I said sure, and things have gone uphill from there. Basically it boils (not like paraboil) down to...me smoking every weekend for all my friends...guess I'm gonna have to start charging $$$ for all my hard work.

I still haven't done a brisket in the CS. That is my next challenge. Hope to do this next weekend, since I've got butts to do this weekend........
