Video-time to temp/max temp test

Last night I did some more testing, started at 42-43° to see how long it would take to get to max temp. LHT and HHT remained at factory settings for this test. I did this video different than the first so it is complete, tho it gets a little confusing towards the end. I had started cooling down the grill, then had the thought to check temp on the top rack and heated it back up. That's why I talk about the HHT shutting off at both 575° and 707°. Not that I don't want to watch the full video of the temp rising, how long to the two temps?

It hit max temp in 18 minutes, I may do it again this summer to see the difference the ambient temp makes. The video is about 4 1/2 minutes long but I think that is better than the first one getting cut off. At least I learned what I did wrong

I repeated the test with the settings at max (10/150), it hit maximum temp and the auger shut off at 12 minutes, 50 seconds. The starting temp was 47°
