I screwed up and grabbed a couple butts at wally world, I seen the all natural on the label and didn't bother to look close enough to see it also said "contains up to an 4% marinade".
I threw them on anyway and pulled them at 198º let them rest under an loose foil tent for 20-30 minutes and checked the temp again and it was 212º so I just pulled them.
The texture and flavor are off, kind of mushy and a little hammy maybe. Was it the marinade, over cooking or a combination of teh two?
The bark was incredible with the FEC120 almost hard to pull through it.
