We have been discussing Chuck Rolls lately and Winn Dixie in southern states is selling the whole choice 25-28 lb rolls for $2.49/lb.

They also have Sanderson brand thighs and legs for $0.90/lb.

These are favorites of cook teams,as they are not saltwater injected.You aren't buying salt water and you can use Smokin's brine,as many cookteams do for real flavor.
