quick dry aged steaks

I am on another forum that is about making sausage, and other meat cooking stuff. One of the guys just posted that he had tried a new way to “dry age” beef, and the steaks were really good. Now I am going to have to give this a try. He compared it to a 45 day dry aged steak and said it was very close in flavor and tenderness and it only took 48 hours.
